Choose the purpose of the outing
Start with the experience your party wants: a specific Hira visit, a Masjid Aisha journey or another defined stop. Separate essential destinations from optional ideas. A longer list is not automatically a better visit.
Build the outward and return arrangement
Name the Makkah starting address, the people attending and the intended endpoint. Describe walking plans, carried items and any waiting request. Keep guiding, tickets and venue arrangements separate unless they are explicitly offered together.
Agree a proposal the whole party understands
Review the complete outing before accepting it through the available booking process. Make sure the lead traveller can explain the collection and return plan. If the groupβs priorities change, request a review instead of assuming the original vehicle arrangement can expand.
