Begin with what matters to your group
A useful Ziyarah request starts with the places you want to visit and the experience your party can comfortably manage. Choose a small number of priorities before adding more stops. A long list does not establish that every visit will fit into an available vehicle booking or that every site can be entered on the day.
Use the request to distinguish essential stops from optional ones. That makes it easier to review an itinerary when access, opening arrangements or your own schedule require a change.
Describe the visit as well as the destination
For each stop, say whether you want a drop-off, an outside visit or time to enter a particular attraction. A location name alone may hide very different expectations. Record anyone who needs shorter walking distances and explain whether the party plans to remain together.
Hira Cultural District and a climb towards the Cave of Hira should not be treated as the same activity. If the district is your intended destination, name it clearly. Any separate physical activity needs its own consideration and must not be assumed to be part of the vehicle service.
Agree the transport scope
A transport request does not automatically include attraction tickets, guiding, refreshments or unrestricted waiting. Before accepting a quote, check the agreed stops, collection address, return destination and any waiting arrangement. Ask for optional additions to be itemised so that everyone knows what has actually been booked.
A driver service and a guided visit are different services. If you need a guide or a particular language, request it explicitly and wait for confirmation. Do not assume that a driver can provide religious instruction or specialist interpretation.
Leave room for an honest itinerary
Give the planning team your preferred date and any fixed commitments. The itinerary should be assessed against the actual request, rather than chosen because it has the most stops. Current access arrangements need to be checked before a service is confirmed.
