Make the destination unambiguous
Masjid Aisha is also known as At-Tanim Mosque. Keep both names in your travel brief if different members of your party know it by different names. Start the request with your actual collection address and the date you intend to travel.

Decide how the return will work
A return journey needs more detail than a tick beside “return”. Ask whether the proposed arrangement includes waiting, a fixed later collection or another agreed process. Check what happens if your party needs longer than expected, and keep the applicable terms with the booking.
If you only want a one-way journey, say so. If the return destination is different from the pickup address, include that address in the original request. A second destination or an extra stop should not be assumed to be part of the same quoted fare.
Keep the party together in the plan
List everyone travelling and the bags or equipment being carried. If members of the group expect to finish at different times, choose an arrangement before departure. One lead traveller should have the confirmed collection instructions and a working contact number.
Describe practical mobility requirements in advance. The exact stopping and meeting arrangement must be checked for the journey; proximity to the destination does not guarantee that a vehicle can use the entrance you have in mind.
Check the details before agreement
Review the collection point, destination, date, party size and return method as a single set of details. Any waiting charge, change condition or included stop should be clear before acceptance. Keep a record of the final agreement rather than relying on earlier draft messages.
