Compare proposals with the same scope
When reviewing vehicle options, make sure they describe the same intended stop. A direct drop-off is different from a service that includes waiting and return. If one proposal includes more of the day's arrangement, compare those details before comparing the headline amount.
Should the party decide to enter after originally requesting only an exterior visit, ask for the transport change to be reviewed. The decision may affect the return or another planned stop. Keeping the activity clear is a small but useful way to avoid this ambiguity. It allows the journey to support what people actually intend to do, rather than relying on the provider and the group to attach the same meaning to a place name.
