When a Makkah visit includes more than one idea, label the priorities before asking for transport. An essential stop is something the party wants the outing to be built around. An optional stop is something it would enjoy only if it fits a reviewed arrangement. These labels should reflect a shared decision.
Give each stop a reason
Ask the group why it wants each place included. A booked attraction, a particular visit and a casual extra do not carry the same commitment. Write a short purpose beside each destination so the provider can understand the intended activity rather than only a list of names.
Keep any separate booking details with the relevant stop. If an attraction arrangement is confirmed, state that clearly; if it is still an idea, say so. The priority list should make uncertainty visible instead of making every proposed activity sound settled.
Decide what optional really means
An optional stop should be something the party is genuinely willing to omit. Avoid labelling a destination optional while one household is relying on it. Discuss that difference before departure, when changing the structure is easier than disappointing someone during the outing.
For example, the group might prioritise its separately arranged exhibition visit and treat a refreshment stop as an extra. The transport request can then ask for the main visit to be reviewed first, with the additional stop considered only under confirmed terms. This describes priorities without inventing a timetable.
Use priorities when the plan changes
If a requested stop cannot be accommodated, ask the provider to review the effect on the remaining plan. The list helps the party decide whether to retain a shorter outing, request an alternative or reconsider the journey. It does not authorise the driver to add different destinations without agreement.
Keep the return destination and any important deadline visible beside the stop list. Priorities work only when they relate to the whole outing. A clear essential-and-optional plan gives the group a practical way to make changes, while preserving the difference between what it hopes to do and what has actually been confirmed as part of the service.
