A guest staying in a neighbouring Makkah property may ask to join your outing. Before saying that the existing vehicle arrangement covers it, check both the passenger capacity and how the guest will meet the party. Being nearby does not automatically make an additional collection part of the booking.

Decide how the guest joins

The guest might make their own way to your agreed assembly point, or you might request collection from their property. These are different arrangements. Confirm which one the guest understands, and avoid promising that the driver will stop elsewhere without a reviewed amendment.

If the guest is joining at your meeting point, share the actual description and contact method. Do not give only your hotel name if the confirmed collection takes place somewhere more specific. Ask them to tell the coordinator when they are physically with the group.

Review the vehicle load

Adding one person may affect the suitable options, especially when children, visiting bags or equipment are already included. Update the request with the guest and anything they will carry. Do not assume that an apparently empty seat can be allocated without checking the accepted passenger arrangement.

The return needs the same review. Will the guest leave with the party, return to their own hotel or make a separate arrangement? A second destination should be described explicitly rather than left for the driver to discover at the end of the visit.

Keep the change within the confirmed request

Send the amendment through the normal booking channel and wait for the relevant confirmation. Tell the joining guest whether the change is accepted or still being reviewed. This keeps a friendly invitation from becoming an unsupported promise about transport availability.

If the existing arrangement cannot accommodate the change, discuss confirmed alternatives before departure. The guest may need a separate journey or a different agreed plan. The principle is simple: the social invitation and the vehicle arrangement should agree. A nearby starting point can make coordination easier, but it does not remove the need to account for the extra passenger, collection structure and return destination.
