The party staying in your Makkah accommodation may be different from the party joining a particular outing. Count the people attending this visit before comparing vehicle options. Do not copy a previous journey's passenger total simply because the booking is organised by the same person.
Build the visiting party from the households
Ask each household who is coming, including children and companions. Keep anyone joining later visible in the request. A vehicle that appears suitable at the first pickup still needs to accommodate the full party once all agreed passengers are present.
If a separate guide or other accompanying person will travel in the vehicle, include them in the review. Their role does not remove their place from the travelling count. Confirm how the arrangement works rather than assuming an extra person can be added informally.
Consider each stage of the outing
The return party may change if some travellers leave separately or relatives join at the destination. Review the largest intended group, along with the actual visiting equipment. A reduced outward count does not establish that the later stage of the journey has enough capacity.
For example, a family may leave its main suitcases at the hotel but take a stroller and meet a relative during the visit. That request should describe the day load and the joining passenger. It is neither the same as the airport journey nor simply the number standing at the initial pickup.
Confirm changes before choosing
Use capacity filters as a way to explore options, not as confirmation of requirements the listing does not describe. Ask separately about child seats, equipment or other needs. Keep the final party details with the request so the provider can review the actual service.
If someone decides not to attend, update the arrangement through the established channel where necessary. Do not repeatedly change vehicle plans within the family without telling the person handling the booking. A precise visiting count makes the comparison more useful and gives the outing a stable starting point: the right people accounted for, on the right stages, with the items they actually intend to bring.
