You may decide to meet relatives at their hotel before a shared Makkah outing. In that case, distinguish the place where the party assembles from the place where the vehicle has been asked to collect it. They should form one understood plan, especially when some travellers are not guests at that property.
Confirm the assembly arrangement
Ask the relevant hotel contact what is appropriate for visitors joining a party. Do not assume that a lobby, entrance or private area can be used as a gathering point simply because it appears convenient. Follow the property's instructions and choose an arrangement that the attending travellers can recognise.
Tell the group how it should indicate that it has arrived. The person coordinating the vehicle needs to know who is physically present, not merely who has sent a message saying they have left their own hotel.
Use one outward pickup description
Once the party agrees where it will assemble, check the vehicle request against the confirmed collection arrangement. Avoid one household sending its own hotel address as a pickup while the coordinator intends everyone to join elsewhere.
