The easiest time to clarify a return pickup is before the party enters its attraction. Keep the venue exit and vehicle pickup distinct

Agree what the return message means

The useful preparation is modest: a charged phone, the booking reference, the agreed meeting description and a named coordinator. Share the essentials with another adult so the plan does not depend entirely on one device. This is particularly valuable when the party has several children or people moving at different speeds.
