A saved map is a useful collection of interests, but it is not yet a transport request. Before asking for a Makkah outing, explain what the party intends to do at each place. This gives the provider a proposal to review rather than a set of pins with unknown expectations.
Check what each pin represents
Read the full destination label and remove entries that are duplicates or no longer part of the party's plans. If a name covers a wider area, identify the particular venue or activity you mean. Do not assume that every saved point is an appropriate vehicle stopping place.
Where a pin relates to an attraction booking, retain that confirmation separately. A map can show a location without establishing admission, an appointment or the current visitor arrangements. Ask the relevant venue about those details directly.
Add the missing visit information
For each proposed stop, describe whether the party wants entry, an exterior visit or another specific activity. Mark it essential or optional. Include any known arrangement that affects when the party must be present, while leaving unconfirmed ideas clearly labelled as proposals.
Then add the people and visiting equipment. A circuit for two adults is a different request from the same collection of pins for several households with children. The provider needs the real travelling party to review suitable options.
Connect the first and last points
State the actual pickup and final destination, even if neither is part of the saved sightseeing list. Explain whether you are asking about waiting throughout, separate transfers or another structure. A chain of destinations does not automatically establish continuous vehicle availability.
Ask the provider to review the proposed sequence rather than treating the map's order as fixed. Keep the party's priorities visible if an alternative is suggested. Once a proposal is accepted, share the confirmed plan and retain the map as a supporting reference.
This turns research into a useful request without pretending the map can settle operational details. The party keeps the places that interest it, while the provider receives the context required to assess the journey. The result is a clearer basis for discussion than a screenshot accompanied only by “can we do all of these?”
