Identify the correct version of the plan
Find the latest proposal and mark the details affected by the move. The pickup changes, but so might the intended return or the way the party assembles. Keep the planned stops visible so the provider can review the whole request rather than only substitute a place name.
Avoid forwarding several old versions without saying which one is current. Use the existing reference and explain that the visit is still intended, while the starting arrangement has changed. This makes it easier to distinguish an amendment from a new, unrelated request.
Revisit the order without inventing a route
